1. Introduction

Welcome to Camzy ("the App", "we", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the App, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old, and
• Legally able to enter into binding agreements in your region.

If you are under the minimum legal age in your country, you must use the App with parental permission.

3. Services Provided

Camzy provides a Tesla dashcam viewer and video editing application that allows you to:

• View and playback Tesla dashcam footage from all angles
• View driving telemetry data (speed, throttle, braking, turn signals, autopilot status)
• Locate dashcam events on a map
• Edit and export dashcam footage with watermarks

These features may evolve over time.

4. User Content & Local Processing

"User Content" refers to dashcam videos and data from your Tesla vehicle.

You retain complete ownership of all User Content.

Important: All processing and editing of your dashcam footage occurs entirely on your device. We do not transmit, store, or retain any of your dashcam videos, telemetry data, or edited content on our servers.

Your data remains completely under your control and is never sent to us.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Abuse or overload our service
• Try to reverse-engineer the App
• Use the App to violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Use the service for automated scraping, botting, or mass extraction
• Use Camzy for any illegal purposes

Violation may result in suspension of your access to the App.

6. Payment & Pricing

Camzy offers both free and paid features.

Paid features are available as:

• One-time purchases through the App Store
• Single-use purchases

We do not offer automatic subscriptions or recurring billing.

Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment or billing information.

7. Data & Privacy

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your dashcam footage, vehicle data, or personal information.

All processing happens locally on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

All App assets, branding, UI design, and software code are owned by Camzy.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the App unless explicitly allowed.

9. Tesla Hardware Compatibility

Camzy depends on Tesla vehicle dashcam hardware and firmware functionality.

We cannot guarantee that:

• Camzy will be compatible with future Tesla firmware updates
• Camzy will continue to work if Tesla changes or discontinues dashcam recording mechanisms
• All dashcam features will remain accessible
• Future Tesla hardware changes will not affect Camzy functionality

If Tesla modifies its dashcam system, Camzy may become partially or completely non-functional.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with all Tesla vehicles and firmware versions
• Continuous availability or error-free operation
• Non-infringement

You use the App at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for lost or corrupted dashcam footage
• We are not responsible for Tesla vehicle hardware or software failures
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
